Hygiene and the safety of our customers are very important, therefore certain items cannot be returned for a refund, including: Face + Body products if opened, used or the protective seal is not intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only exception to this requirement is for damaged or defective items.
