Shipping & Returns
Frequently asked questions about ordering and delivery:
How long does it take to process your order? Regular orders ship within 2-3 business days. Wholesale orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
How long does it take for your order to ship? All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Shipping time is 1-3 days for delivery from the first tracking movement.
Refund or replacement of damaged products: If you received a damaged package that affects Nature4body's product quality, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. To claim a refund or replacement, we require the following documentation by email to info@nature4body.ch :
- Image or video of the damaged items.
- Image of the shipping box in which the products were delivered.
- Image of the shipping label on the shipping box. Claims for products damaged in transit must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Items not received: If you have not received your items and have not received tracking updates for at least 20 days, please contact us by email at info@nature4body.ch (providing your order number). Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
Incorrect delivery address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If the address is entered incorrectly, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Packages not received despite delivery: If your shipment is marked as "delivered" but you have not received the product, please contact the courier and file a claim.
Change of delivery address: A delivery address can only be changed before the order is fulfilled.
Cancellation before shipping: Cancellations are not possible after a successful order.
