Frequently asked questions about ordering and delivery:

How long does it take to process your order? Regular orders ship within 2-3 business days. Wholesale orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

How long does it take for your order to ship? All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Shipping time is 1-3 days for delivery from the first tracking movement.

Refund or replacement of damaged products: If you received a damaged package that affects Nature4body's product quality, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. To claim a refund or replacement, we require the following documentation by email to :

  • Image or video of the damaged items.
  • Image of the shipping box in which the products were delivered.
  • Image of the shipping label on the shipping box. Claims for products damaged in transit must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Items not received: If you have not received your items and have not received tracking updates for at least 20 days, please contact us by email at (providing your order number). Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.

Incorrect delivery address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If the address is entered incorrectly, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Packages not received despite delivery: If your shipment is marked as "delivered" but you have not received the product, please contact the courier and file a claim.

Change of delivery address: A delivery address can only be changed before the order is fulfilled.

Cancellation before shipping: Cancellations are not possible after a successful order.
